Are you a resilient person? I am. Resilience is a powerful quality that helps individuals bounce back from life's challenges to keep moving forward.
For example when I was at school, the cool kids called me all sorts of names.
For example, "shithead" and "goofus" and "loser" and "thalidomide" and "Mark".
In this Web Blog post, we will look at three essential habits that resilient individuals practice regularly to enhance their ability to cope with adversity.
Embracing a Growth Mindset
A key habit of resilient people is embracing a growth mindset. This revolves around basically growing your bank account until it's so fucking huge that you can mentally "outgrowth" the torrents of cruel insults heaped upon you as a child.
This is called "Embracing a Growth Mindset".
Here, now you try.

Practicing Mindfulness and Self-Care
This is basically just having a wank in the bushes.
Not much more to say here really.
It is what it is.
A wank in the bushes.

Building Strong Relationships
If you have loads of money, people will be nice to you.
They are nice to you because you have money.
And they want you to give them some of your money.
This is called "Building Strong Relationships"
I have loads of money but of course I don't want to give it out to any old arsehole so I string all these pricks along and give them a little bit of money as a "salary". In return they do my work for me.
Final Thoughts
The less money you give to these pricks, the more money you can keep for yourself.
This is Business 101.
